Each quarter of the year, our staff votes for the exceptional employee of the quarter.  Each employee writes a small note explaining why his or her selection should be picked.  Then, Dr. Frank, owner of Hunt Valley Animal Hospital, sifts through each vote and picks the winner!  The winner is presented with a certificate at our general staff meeting.
